... play therapy workshop for adults ... (philippines, life coach, counselor, psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist)

.
why let kids have all the fun?
.
adults have all the right to play, too!
.
after all, aren't adults merely children-- wearing older bodies?
.
as a psychotherapist who facilitates play therapy workshops for adults, my task is to invite each participant's "inner child" to awaken from deep slumber and to come out of hibernation.
.
in play therapy for adults, participants are given permission to be child-like (and childish) again!
.
the joy, the spontaneity, the camaraderie, and the plain silliness of play makes play therapy a powerful healing intervention for adults who are emotionally-repressed or too self-conscious.
.
and with all that said, who says now that play therapy is kidstuff?
